CHARACTERISTICS AND AUTHENTICITY
All products for sale at the online store coisasdeviana.pt are manufactured by certified artisans, presented and described as rigorously as possible.
The photographs presented function merely as a “presentation suggestion”. This means that, due to the purely handmade nature of the production, the product received by the client may not correspond exactly, in every detail, to the image viewed. Unlike mass industrial production, in our craftsmanship each piece, drawing, or embroidery is unique, and slight modifications or distinctive traits by the artisan may occur during its execution. Remember that these are traditional products made manually: these small differences are proof of their authenticity.
It is recommended that the User reads the product description carefully. If any doubt regarding the article remains, MARSOG, LDA. should be contacted through the available means before concluding the order.
We further warn that, due to color settings of each monitor, mobile device, or internet browser, the colors presented in the photographs may differ slightly from the actual colors of the fabrics or threads. MARSOG, LDA. cannot be held responsible for these technical differences.
PRICES AND ORDERS
Occasional situations may occur where price information was not correctly published. In these cases, MARSOG, LDA. reserves the right not to proceed with the order.
- If the User has already made the payment, they will be contacted to be informed of the impossibility of proceeding, and an alternative will be presented.
- If the alternative is not accepted, and if the User prefers a refund, this will be provided immediately (via the same method or bank transfer), within a maximum period of thirty (30) days.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
The advertised products and respective prices are valid while visible and accessible on the site, subject to existing stock availability. For products not in stock or personalized products (made to measure or User's taste), orders are subject to confirmation of availability by the artisan.
Important Note on Options: Any choice option a product may have (example: size, embroidery color, or fabric) will no longer be visible for selection in "AVAILABLE OPTIONS" if it is sold out. This option will become visible and selectable again as soon as stock is replenished.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
The prices of products advertised at coisasdeviana.pt are presented in EUROS (€) and ALREADY INCLUDE the VAT value at the legal rate in force in Portugal.
Shipping costs are borne by the User. The final total price, presented before the conclusion of the order, will include the product price, VAT, and shipping expenses, calculated based on weight and delivery location.
MARSOG, LDA. reserves the right to change sales prices without prior notice. However, when processing orders, verification is always performed:
- If the product price is lower than the advertised price, the difference is returned to the User.
- If the price is higher, the User will be informed by email, and the order will remain pending new acceptance.
The product remains the property of MARSOG, LDA. until full payment has been received.
From the completion of the
order until we have received payment, the product is owned by MARSOG, LDA.
